I am an avid California Native gardener. I have converted my front yard to California Navtives, with a small section devoted to cottage flower gardening. My back yard is devoted to herbs, fruits and vegetables! NO GRASS! People who visit say "Wow! this must be a lot of work. I say, "No, only getting rid of the grass was work, this is play!"
