I collect seeds and plants like someone would collect teapots or china dolls. I love them and the more the better! I am married to a Scotsman (yes he does have a kilt) and we have been married 12 years. I have two boys, Patrick who is 11 and Ian who is 5. I love to shake the family tree...this is why my name is I live in Minnesota but will always consider Scotland my home. Thats where we were married and we lived their until my father became ill here in the states. I love anything old or anything to do with history, some call me cheap-but I say I am FRUGAL :o). I stay at home with my boys and do daycare, apartment management and garden maintenance on the side-oh yes-I am a very bad speller so if you see spelling issues just understand that it is just who I am-LOL * UPDATE: That was 4 years ago and my life has really changed. First, my 5 yo mentioned above was hit by a car while on a crosswalk. The man who hit him did not get charged, but my son wasn't expected to live. He was in a coma for 3 weeks and in a rehab hospital after. He remains in rehab daily but has been doing beautifully. This accident has changed our lives and our perspective on everything. I am now a professional gardener, a webmaster, and a Master Gardener when I am not at doctors appointments or therapy. First and foremost, I am a mom.
