The first year, we cut down the cedar. sod cut and rototilled the beds around the fence perimeter. Planted 3 wisteria's (one recently died), 4 hydrangeas, 4 shrubs, a butterfly garden. The second year and current, I planted clematis and fragrant bulbs and shrubs. I have discovered that I had some design flaws and need to reconfigure the whole thing this fall.
