Hello. I live in Pflugerville, Texas which is a suburb on the north side of Austin. I am not a native Texan but, as Texans say, I got here as soon as I could. I've been in Texas for about 8 years now and gardening in Texas is great because of the long growing season. I retired from the corporate rat race about 3 years ago and I am self employed as a sales broker, mostly planning and conducting estate sales and business liquidations. Being self employed and working from home has given me the opportunity to work in garden and yard much more than I use to be able to and I am loving every minute of it.
