The bloom lasts 3-4 days, and is aromatic...especially in the evenings. Hummingbirds really like them.In Costa Rica they bloom twice yearly,usually Jan & July but only on a mature plant.

A newer version of an older bloom, the brown individual 'flowers' change to white.
