Jack Pine growing prostrate as a shrub on a rocky seashore at Schoodic Point in Acadia National Park, Maine, U.S.A. There's a P. banksiana cultivar called 'Schoodic', grown from seed collected here by Alfred Fordham of the Arnold Arboretum.
