I am so depressed that I killed an Assassin Bug. It was way way prettier and more ornate and colorful than the one in this article. I am sickened each time I think about the time I sprayed it terribly with poison, I thought it was a Kissing Bug (same family of bugs) I am doubly disappointed because it is such a remarkable and brightly colored bug, I bet they are quite rare as I have lived here for over 15 yrs in gardening and have seen ONE: the one I \"murdered\". That will teach me to kill first and ask questions later. Poor bug.. I hope the Lord forgives me for so selfishly destroying His beautiful creation.
