WARNING: the larva to this moth has stinging spines.
With that said, this is one of my favorite caterpillars. It's a beauty, and I'm fascinated with its locomotion.
Host Plants: apple, beeches, chestnut, linden, maple, oaks, Prunis species, sycamore, willows and others.
